Our business looked like it was going well from the outside but internally it was starting to unravel. Profits and morale were down and overhead and costs kept rising. I felt like I was losing control of the business I built from scratch. I knew something had to change but I wasn't sure what steps to take which is where CBS comes into this all. The timing was perfect as it was the end of the year and I could really use the help starting the next year out on the right foot. They were able to come in and perform an analysis and see why and where I was losing money. As with most things in life it was not an easy answer nor an easy fix. What they did offer was an honest and upfront analysis of what was wrong and how to fix it. It s still early but I am very confident that if I stick to the plan that was laid out, I will once again be running a successful business.
