I usually don't write reviews but I would hate for another buyer to come across Darin Sun. He had me sign a contract to work with only him then, just left my messages on read and avoided my calls. He lied and told me he would make an appointment the next day to see the houses I liked, but when the day came, he would not answer my calls to confirm the times after asking for his availability to See the houses. I took off work for no reason. He does not Care about people or their time. I would recommend finding a realtor with a higher skill set and wants to commit to the buying process, who can answer your phone calls and takes his job seriously. Buying a home is stressful, and your realtor should not make someone feel this way; I am very disappointed in his behavior because he seems like a nice person, but that was a fake image he played and end up being very unprofessional. This whole experience gave me Anxiety
