I liked the personal,attention that I was given in the gun department by Dave and the waterfowl department by Brandon. Both were very patient with this senior citizen! I had a lot of questions and they were throughly answered. A reviewer named Jordan said they never answer the phone. The phone rang several times while I was there. If someone was not with a customer they answered. I'm glad Dave did not stop talking to me to answer the phone. I think that would be rude to me, the customer in the store....so I disagree with his complaint. He also complained about having to provide so many forms of ID and proof of residence.....I am sure glad they do that !!! We have too many people having guns that should not.
