After sending an email to customer service and speaking with Leslie our issue was resolved very quickly. The new Technician that came out was kind, courteous and fixed the problem that the other technician overlooked. Thanks again for responding so promptly.

We paid over $7,000 for a new AC which was not installed properly. In less than 3 months it s not working correctly and when we call they take hours to come out. The first technician claimed there was nothing wrong, we called again after a couple of days when our AC wasn t cooling properly. 9PM at night and they still haven t shown up. They do not care about their customers and their technicians are not professional. They drop tools all over hardwood floors not giving a care in the world if they scratch it up. When we finally do get them to fix this for free because it s under warranty, I will never use them again. Horrible customer service!!!! They don t care about you after you have spent thousands of dollars!!!
