Mario and front of house staff were so great to work with! They provided excellent customer service that started with the booking phone call. My room was beautiful and clean. I enjoyed the morning yoga with Rebecca. The only thing that wasn t wonderful about this resort was the cupping massage I received in the spa. The cups kept falling off my back because of the lack of suction. I chose this massage because it gets the most work done in the least amount of time, but I feel like I not only wasted my time but also $150. I had planned on spending more time in the spa but after that experience decided not to.
