I requested a crib, fridge, and microwave when I made reservations. I called 3 days prior to arrival to confirm they had these notes in our reservation. Upon checking in I again asked if these items were already in our room and was told they were in our room. We keyed into room and there was NO crib, NO fridge, and NO microwave. The AC was also not working and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable! We called the front desk and someone said it would be right up with no apology. After about 30 mins I called and explained the urgency of needing these items for my baby. This person gave me attitude and said Well you just requested these items you need to give us time to get it up to you but it ll be right up soon. I was furious because no we did not JUST request these items we called to say they weren t in our room as requested and expected. The items were brought to our room. After an hour we realized the fridge was BROKEN. This was a major problem because I had 8 bags of breastmilk that we traveled with that was now spoiling! I had to bother the bride and move my milk into her hotel room fridge. We finally got a working fridge. Baby s nap was ruined because of no crib upon arrival and maintenance coming in 3 times. Two times for the fridges and once to try to look at AC. We were hot and uncomfortable all weekend! When loading our van to check out we noticed someone hit our van in the parking lot. Manager on duty said there are no cameras but we still left our information and a photo of the damage. We were given $30 off our stay for all of these problems!
