Horrible lack of communication. My daughter's specialist asked e.r. doc to call for consult and hospital staff, Dr. Zhang, refused to.

Another family member in the hospital. Yet again no action. Was supposed to be relesed yesterday per his doctors. Hospital still hasn't set up home healthcare ivs, so he can't leave. Unbelievable. Anyone know of a good hospital here?
UPDATE....
This year in November my daughter was admitted. They acted quickly and were more attentive to my input on her rare illness.
