Not great experiences in this hospital, from rude staff to nurses not understanding that THEY are not in pain and the patients ARE. Who ever is in charge of the staff, you guys need to have a serious talk with your crew and get them to be nicer to patients and have them understand THEY choose this line of work and when someone is in pain the last thing they want is a rude person talking at them and not to them.
