What a joke, As a signal occupant you get 25% discount on your council tax bill unless you are unable to move in due to work being carried out. The council has decided that I am not entitled to any discount and for the time I could not live in the property I have to pay the full rate without any discount. The usual scenario where they are protected by the courts and love to threaten legal action at any possible scenario.
