The Sacred Heart community center, like all Charity centers, have small failures that cannot go unnoticed. Not everyone receives the same treatment as is due, some are more fortunate than others. The majority are Volunteers, they do their best to give good attention But not all center employees are friendly starting from above, when a person requests to have or expose an employee's problem because he answers you in an altered way. You call by phone, or send messages that if you can make an appointment to talk with this person, you don't even have the kindness to answer the messages or calls. There is a lot of bureaucracy and as it is a help center the person has to shut up. I do not omit that there are very friendly staff but as a manifest you have to be very lucky FOR that person to attend you. Sometimes I volunteered, I felt very good serving the needy. They have service to take care of children of working father, of immigration there are but some people that I know never received help. They have department where they help to get jobs, computer class. It has the PG and E program, for low-income people, program to pay rent, they give fresh and canned food. Clothing.etc ..
