Very comfortable atmosphere , friendliness from the moment you enter the doors. Amazing new pool, which is heated. Nice clean workout stations , treadmills, ellipticals, stair climber, stationary exercise bikes, etc... also has day care for kids 8 and under while you workout. Along with many options to better yourself, with uplifting staff getting fit is so much enjoyable. . They have much to offer even summer camp for kids and young adults.
