Thought this bank was gonna be helpful to me to build some credit thru a newly opened credit line last year. Approved me for $500 higher first time around than my other credit union would after 3 loans. All was well until my firsr payment came due. Went to pay online and nope, couldnt do it. Called to get my member ID and when i told the lady the reason she said oh well i can take payment but there will be a $10 processing fee . I said so you want me to pay an extra $10 EVERY time i call to make a payment?? NOT! Ended up having to link my other bank account with this one which took almost a month. They sure didnt have a problem sending me a letter at least once a week and calling to make sure i knew i had a balance due. Now that i finally got everything linked and paid my balance due i received a letter stating my credit line had been closed. Called and left a message on 3/4/19 for someone to call me back and its 3/6/19 and not heard a word. Ill be calling to complain with someone high up the chain for sure. Oh and if you dont have an excellent credit score then forget about getting a debit card. You have to prove to them that you can handle your account for 6 months. This bank is a joke.
