I had the absolute worst experience with not only the service department of this dealership but also in dealing with Nissan consumer affairs. Lack of communication was ridiculous. They had my car for 3 weeks and I had to call frequently to request information. It will be my new life's mission to make sure that not only my family and friends NEVER buy Nissan but ANYONE I ever come across that expresses even a slight interest in getting a Nissan, that I tell them my story so hopefully they will not get mislead or cheated like I did. Worst customer service ever!
