I am posting this review after a year and a half of owning my new vehicle. I have been driving for almost ten years and never before had a flat tire. With this brand new vehicle, I have had 3 flat tires within a year and a half keeping me on the side of the road in the dark for hours. I know other people who have had audis, and many complain about getting flat tires. I always now bring up this safety concern whenever someone asks me if I like my vehicle. It is a completely unsafe situation that the managers are disregarding to help resolve.

Edit to my review based on management saying that they made every effort to assist me . The manager has not even called us back! We have been trying to get in touch with the right individual, and they take days to call back and then say sorry there isn t anything we can do. For a new car to have this many flats is crazy. I am a very careful driver and there isn t anyone I know has had this many issues as I have.
