The service by staff was excellent. Hotel was lovely and everyone friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Had a Jacuzzi Bath which was great - a modern flat tv screen and use of Netflix. The only downer was that you had to pay to use the Sauna and other Thermal Suites. First hotel in Ireland that has charged me for using their Sauna. Also you had to go outside to another building to use the swimming pool. Lovely little gardens and courtyards to the rear. Breakfast was good - a good choice. Lunch and Dinner Menu the same so ate outside hotel at night. Found an excellent Restaurant called Old Bridge- a 5 min walk from hotel. Had a Trip Adviser Rating and it def deserved it.
