We were at a company dinner yesterday. The menu was scheduled.
For an appetizer: caprese salad. After a while, the waitress brings blue cheese on pumpernickel on a piece of wood (portion at a time). I asked if this is the famous starter: YES. I was surprised by this interpretation of this salad. LUCKLY, it turned out that the waitress was wrong - the appetizer was just to come. She was very tasty.
I thought I'd give the chef a chance. However, when the main course came, I was stunned. A guinea fowl on some fruit sauce with garlic gnocchi has been announced. Instead of guinea fowl, I was given a sausage with guinea fowl. However, it was given in the pig's intestine, because you couldn't smell the pig's smell. I have never seen such a delicious meat so "rape". I only ate gnocchi and gave the portion to my husband, who only ate it because he was so hungry.
I will add that almost all the dishes were already cool enough, not to say cold.
As a dessert, chocolate mousse was to be served, which tasted more like frozen chocolate halva or Micha ki.
The service was nice, although you had to ask for wine, empty bottles were waiting for the meeting. In addition, my husband was poured wine into the glass without asking anything else.
Summarizing. I would never go to this place voluntarily. Two stars only for the starter and decor.
