Terrible customer service. 1st the glasses were the wrong color and they tried to blame me. Paid for thinnest, best lenses and the lens had to be made thicker for mounting anyhow. Why did i pay for thinner lenses again? Also, the lenses have gaps, and fit the frames poorly.
Was a customer for 4 years in a row. The 1 employee who did a good job fitting the glasses quit. The last 3 years the frames were fitted poorly and in haste.
As stated in the previous review, Jeremy will stonewall you, and not work toward a fair resolution.
Its my loss this year, but their loss of a customer who purchased $1000+ glasses every year.
Please, do yourself a favor, and shop elsewhere.

You and/or your staff stated, the lenses needed to be made thicker for mounting.
I am not surprised that you continue to deflect any responsibility. Also, I do not believe there was any 'advocating' for me on your part. All I remember hearing is 'can't' from the very beginning.
