I bought filets mignon for $ 60 for the first and the last time. The fillets were cut with the silverskin so it's an amateur bite job. I do a better job than them and easily moreover. 4.5 / 10 for beef. Also poor quality chicken. Butcher's shop = zero quality and grocery side = 80%
