If there would be any option of negative marking I would have given that. They collected blood sample, n promised to send report via email in 2 days. After 4 days I inquired on customer support n they said give details, I will get back to you.. next day I had to call back again n they say we have no detail of yours with us. On asking refund, they asked me to show receipt. After showing them the receipt, no process on refund since 5 days...
PATHETIC EVER SERVICE SEEN. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE N THEY DON'T HAVE ANY SERIOUSNESS THAT THEY R PLAYING WITH SOMEONE'S HEALTH..
