One of the best experiences I have had. The product is top notch and I get compliments on the quality. (many have since bought volt products after seeing my install - no praise on my end, the product sold itself). I once had an issue with a couple bulbs (3 yrs after install) ... they processed the return/replacement through a very simple / pain free process. I highly recommend them for quality products and excellent customer service. (If I remember back, their customer service before I bought the product was fabulous as well - very patient to make sure I understood what I needed to ensure a successful design and DIY installation). Great Job - such companies are far/few these days.
