Was recommended to buy from this dealership from my local dealership in Illinois, and had a fantastic experience buying a new RAV4 with Said (sales) and Faisal (finance). Entire process was smooth, straightforward, and how car buying should be. No games, just a smooth, easy process process, during which Said acquired the exact car we wanted from a neighboring dealership, had it ready for us to pick up when we arrived, and provided a great price on it. Faisal from the finance department worked diligently with us to secure financing, and was extremely transparent the entire time. Highly recommend Toyota Palo Alto in the Bay Area.
