I have been a part of many different types of fitness programs over the years, from step and water aerobics to yoga, as well as being an avid tennis player. As I grew older I knew more overall strength was needed to maintain an active lifestyle and avoid injury. I tried a franchise pilates program and was liking the results but felt the instructors weren't up to par. I was referred to 15 to Fit by a friend and started with the Intro Private, then several more private sessions until I felt comfortable to move to semi privates. All I can say is WOW!! I "built my furnace" of muscle , DROPPED 3 SIZES !! I am fitting into clothes from a decade ago I was ready to throw out. The breadth and depth of the staff's fitness knowledge and ability to motivate as instructors is top notch.
