As a small business owner I m so glad that I was referred to Independent Bank, from the moment I walked through the door and spoke with Mr. Jeff K. and his branch staff I was treated with the utmost importance. This bank has met all of my business banking needs so much so I decided to give them my personal banking needs as well. The staff at all of the locations that I frequent the most have noticed my banking patterns and make sure my needs are met consistently.
As a request and or recommendation I would like to see smart ATMs throughout the city for those times when I can t make the bank for cash or check deposits after hours!!
