Scheduled service for my 428. The whole experience from reception, Service Advisor interaction, Customer lounge etc was great. I was kept informed about progress. About the only negative is that the loaner car turned out to be a rental from Enterprise - they handled it well, but I had been told, "No problem, we have a car for you" and it was not that service had to be done today, it could have waited for a few days as required
