RUN!!! Stay far away from this dealership. Lies, doesn t follow their own policies, back door deals, leading customers on, could care less about YOU. I am one of the nicest people; I have worked in customer service for over a decade and am completely shocked at the management here. I was so upset I was visibly shaking and on the verge of tears and Kartik and Harvinder just looked at us stone cold when they were the ones that made the decision to go against their policy. We set up an appointment to view a car. We were on the highway when the salesman calls and said someone that hadn t even come to the dealership just called and put down a deposit on the car. They say some people do this ..call round a bunch of dealerships put down deposits that are refundable then come at their leisure to check it out. This was only the tip on the iceberg. So firstly, why are they taking deposits over the phone when another customer has an appointment viewing the vehicle? So that was the first slap in the face. We told them we would like to purchase the vehicle. We were first told the first person that made the deposit was held for 24 hours then it would be us. Then that changed to 48 hours. Wow..okay. We made our way down to the dealership after the 48 hours since the first person didn t show up to purchase the vehicle. We got there and the management was in a scramble. Keeping in mind the first day they had taken a copy of our credit card to hold the vehicle after 48hours so we could purchase. Nope. They brought us into the office and said they decided to hold the vehicle for another day for this random person who didn t show up ever. Pretty sure this is one of their friends or family they are holding it for. This person didn t show up in the first 24 hours..not by 48 hours and now a third day. Holds are 48 hours. Kartik told us to understand where they were coming from because he had told this person they will hold it a third day. Thanks for another slap in the face. They said how will this make us look if we didn t do that are you kidding!! Why did you ok that? I am here, ready to purchase this vehicle and you could care less about me? I waited over 48 hours as per YOUR POLICY. Not even caring we had taken so much time out of our days to drive there, meet with them, view the vehicle multiple times. They dragged us along for three days. I didn t sleep for three days. I just can t believe they would let this happen. I feel sick to my stomach how kicked to the curb we were, not a care in the world for them! Thanks for the sleepless nights, the lies, the stress and more importantly disappointment. Looking back, they didn t even look at other options. Didn t even try to look for another comparable vehicle. STAY FAR AWAY.
