Contacted Ringers for a quote on some tree trimming, tree removal, stump grinding etc. It took them over two weeks to come look at my property. I received a quote via email and responded with some questions. They responded almost a month later saying they were sorry for the delay and that they would get answers over to me ASAP. Still haven't heard back from them. Horribly unprofessional.

They are located down the street from my home, so this should have been a very quick transaction in my opinion. I got a lower quote from another company a week after I was told they'd get back to me "ASAP" and the work is already done.
