My husband and I stayed here about 7 years ago for our honeymoon. It was awful. First off, we were told someone would pick us up from the airport.....no one came. We had to take a taxi. Once we got there, it took forever to get our room. It always took a long time to get extra towels or bottled water. Electricity went out on our side of the resort. They told us it would be on in a couple hours. It never came back on and we had to move rooms. My husbands cell phone got stolen. They charge you to use their internet in the gift shop. Here s the kicker....my husband was diagnosed with scabies a few days after we left. I really hope it has gotten better but I do not recommend this place at all.
