Their staff is hit and miss. We usually order drive through and a couple of the female employees can be incredibly rude. By that I mean, you ask a question and get just a yes or no, they show no interest in working there. Again, that's only a couple of staff, the majority are good. As someone else noted, they are always out of something. I'd assume this is just bad management since I only order a few different things on their menu and they are often out of just those few things. Might be even worse. Not sure.
