This is a totally different experience. Helpful, certified, and excellent management .
Angels Vet Express is huge. For real!
It's the largest animal hospital in the mid west.
Cats, dogs of all sizes....cats as big as dogs and dogs as small as rabbits. There were dogs as big as bears.
The clients are also so friendly. Now I know client friendliness has nothing to do with the skill of the hospital. However when your pet is ill and most people are nervous (and I was). It's nice to be able to have good conversation and some smiles while you wait your turn.
You don't need an appointment. Yet you may want to call just to make sure the Dr's are not in surgery. I was told when they are in surgery, sometimes the hospital will close.
They do everything there from clip the nails, spay and neuter. To give shots, take care of those that are sick or have allergies. Surgery
If needed, and they have many different medications.
Its a comfortable drive from Kansas City .
One hour and a half. Easy to find use your GPS.
You can see it from the street once you get close. People did have well behaved children there...however if your child is hyper I would suggest they stay home.
It is handicap accessible and there is plenty of free parking.
In two weeks I go back. I take some pictures.
