IF YOU HAVE TOBY AS YOUR LOAN OFFICER, ASK FOR A DIFFERENT PERSON. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. The loan officer TOBY that was assisting us made requests that had us go through various hoops to provide information to process our loan. At first, TOBY mentioned that the process would be at most 3 weeks to get things completed and loan in hand. However, after many calls and voicemails being left for almost 2 months (after TOBY had said the paperwork would be an easy process and that our loan had been guaranteed), we had to go above and reach his manager to find that we ultimately did not get approved for a loan. Lots of wasted time, effort, and money on an appraisal that led us nowhere. Thank you Intelliloan for wasting our time with incompetent employees.
