I have been renting with Brewer and Stratton for over a year and they are awesome! Whenever I have a problem or issue with my rental home, Chris G. is always professional and prompt at resolving my concerns. I can pay my rent online and submit any maintenance requests, this is super convenient to not have to sit on hold for the property manager or wait days for a call back.
