Last weekend I had to go to the ER due to sever abdomen pain. I had to wait for more than one hour just to get to the ER room. Although the ER admitting person was nice but he did not offer a wheel chair from the ER lobby to the ER room. I had to walk in pain all the way from the lobby to the ER room. Among other things, Dr ordered Eyde scan on Saturday night but for some reason the Eyde scan was not performed until Monday morning, one whole day was wasted just for this important test. All nurses were nice but some of them seem to be either unprepared, untrained, or just short handed. At one time the Ivy dispenser in my room was beeping for one hour with no one in site to stop the beeping. There were some other minor annoying issues. Hopefully I never need to go to hospital again, but if I do, I will never use Cedar Park Regional medical center again. I will drive straight to Austin to receive better care.
