Do not send your loved ones here. I cannot emphasize that enough. Their policy here is that to visit you must contact the specific floor s social worker and schedule a visit. I have been trying to contact the floor s social worker, Eliana Lewis for days now to schedule a visit to my father. She has not picked up with over 20 attempts. I have the call logs as proof. Any supervisor who has picked up their phone has transferred me to another supervisor who has transferred me to another. It is an endless circle where everyone here takes zero responsibility and do not care an inkling for their patients. I have spent hours on the phone being given the runaround. I am beyond frustrated and have no one else to turn to. Each floor is grossly understaffed with nurses to no fault of their own. All I ask is to be able to see my father for 30 minutes and to bring him up food, because the food here is horrid. We are both fully vaccinated and it is absent of any logic the way things are ran here.
