Called the hotline and a lady was not happy that i called. Love to wheel clamp motorcycle and ask for high fee to release them. Is that how hong fok handles their revenue? A motorcycle guy who has little money had to be in a bad situation when you decided to ask for such a high fee! Theres a saying "rob from the poor to the rich" that hongfok isnt it?
