they are claiming that they have multiple windows ...

they are claiming that they have multiple windows server crash but they have no idea when it will be fixed.!!!?? can you believe this . they dont even have disaster plan to give us back our files ????????!!!!!!!!!
I have a cloud based SW which sold to my customers and all of SW are down and they cant use it.
Very frustrated with service and product, Very frustrated from the way they handle the issue, Very frustrated, disappointed with their team that have no responsibility of the damage that they do to our business ..

DO NOT EVEN THINK TO GO WITH A2 hosting COMPANY.....
