I suggest you don't move here! This place is horrible. They didn't even have amenities when we first moved there. And there was a delay in our actual move in dates! they had one trashcan for the whole complex so I either had to walk or drive there. And the trash was always disgusting with tons of flies. They charge $687 for a two bedroom which I felt like wasn't worth it. It's a year lease and you will be paying no matter what. So you will get charged for rent including amenities throughout the the whole summer. And I wasn't even there. Even if you only stay a week or a day at the apartment you still have to pay the rent fully. They dont really try to work with you. It's overpriced and nothing but a MONEY SCAM. They will even charge you $90 just to move out! The parking is terrible the spaces are tight. And if you try to break your lease they'll basically tell you that there's nothing much they can do because there's a wait list and it ll probably take months for them to find someone for you and if they do find someone for you. You'll be charged for that also its not cheap at all. I hope people read this and make a better decision. These people trying to suck the money out of college students they don't care. Save your hard earned money. This place sucks.
