Bought an office chair required urgently on a next day delivery . When it hadn't turned up after 2 days I chased it and was told it was out of stock and no more due for a month. They offered me a different chair but i wanted the original as it matched the others in our office.
I asked for a refund which they said had been passed to management to approve and wasn't received at this end for two further weeks and several more emails. Will not be buying again.
