Went to 5 different locations to get the phones
I was going to switch to t-mobile because spectrum had done a lousy job especially the location on Erie blvd in syracuse there asst.manager joseph Macdonald should be fired but Miriam at the ithacha loction saved spectrum a customer what great job she did and we walked away with new phones
