I received excellent customer service from Chivonne. Cookies and More make a jam and cream sponge cake for my Mum's 80th Birthday. It was made as per the picture I emailed them and it tasted fresh and delicious. As I couldn't travel to be there due to Covid, they did everything to make sure it was perfect, including free delivery. The cake went down a real treat.
