Nice view from my room, the bed wasn't as comfortable as the one I had back home, but that's the only reason I have for disliking my experience. It was only an overnight stay for a festival so I didn't have much interaction with the employees. Past experiences are good, room service was good even though the place was packed for previous conventions.
