Maid never put clean drinking glasses in our room each day. She never replaced the plastic bag in the ice bucket and left it full of melted ice. No balcony on the Rush tower suites, no coffee pot (you would think a suite would have a coffeemaker) but the room was roomy and comfortable. Room service was great.
