After having a new Nest Thermostat installed with my semi-annual system check, I had difficulty which tripped the safety & my furnace would not operate. When I contacted them this AM, Columbus Worthington Air had someone out that morning, took care of the problem, plus went the extra distance to ensure the problem wouldn't repeat. Very responsive, professional, and willing to give that extra measure.
