I needed a place to sew some patches on to shirts....

I needed a place to sew some patches on to shirts. I called and spoke to someone who said her name was Tamera. I told her what I needed as far as the patches. She couldn't give me a price over the phone but asked me to come down to bring a sample of what was needed. I didn't have a problem with this. The next day I made the 30 mile journey to Super Embroidery. I went into their office and told them that I had spoken to someone on the phone who told me to come down. Some rude woman behind the counter told me that nobody told me to come down and that they do not do that kind of work. Wow...I must have been hallucinating when I told Tamera what I needed and went all the way down there. Unprofessional. Rude. Apparently they can't answer a simple question over the phone about the work they can do. Complete waste of my time.
