I called Subco to learn the origin of the magazines I received. Brie from Subco was prompt and returned my calls twice. She is professional, explained the details of the promotion, clarified the parameters and future plans of the magazine senders. I found Brie to be an excellent Customer Service Representative! It is rare that a company performs prompt, efficient responses to a customer or someone who was not yet a customer.
