We ordered brakes for our car. We had to return them. Car motor quit, so no need to replace brakes. We tried to email them. No answer, nothing for 2 weeks. No response. I will never do business with a company that doesn t provide a 1-800 number. Now we are hoping for a full refund, not holding our breath.
