I wanted to publish a photo book. Format? Paper quality? And several questions from a photographer who only exhibits, but will now go a bit further.
I created a template in Word and chose the 210x210 format. There should be one photograph per page. Submitted my presentation and setup for assessment at Laser Press. Press suitable. Thumbs up! Then drove in to Aarhus for eg. to look at paper grades. No doubt: Silk 170g. Ordered a trial print. Two small fixes - my mistakes - and then it ran. A solid book "The random photograph" of 128 pages and weighing half a kilo (which last PostNord pleases).
The result was thus very satisfactory. Now I have my template and can safely send my next book off at the beginning of the new year. All intermediate doubt is gone.
