I booked the Royal Suite for my girlfriends birthday this past weekend. From the moment we pulled up, Chris, the doorman greeted us. Our room wasn t ready yet, but they stored our luggage for us and said they would call me on my phone when the room was ready. We sat by the fire, had a drink and i realized i was out of smokes. Chris then offered to take me in the golf cart to the store down the road! I accepted his offer. Soon after, we recieved a call from the desk that our room was ready. I had secretly stashed a dozen roses for my girl and he set them up in the room so as she walked in the suite, that was the first thing she saw! The suite was above and beyond the 5 stars i am rating this resort! The dance party was so much fun! The next day, brunch was absolutely amazing! Everything anybody could want! This was one of the best experiences i have ever had in a hotel/resort! I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to put a smile on the face of the person they love! It is pricey, but worth it! The staff and service are impeccable and very attentive! 10 star rating from us! Thank you everybody at The Waters Edge Resort for making her birthday a memorable one!
