If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Our poor dog had to wait 1.5 hours in the parking lot before we finally just gave up. Be mindful that we are patient people and are understanding that immediate emergencies are high priority. HOWEVER, waiting for an hour and a half and not hearing ANYTHING from ANYONE is ridiculous. After calling and waiting on hold for a half hour (for the second time), I was told that two emergencies came in and it will probably be 2-3 additional hours before we will be seen, treated and back in our care. The take away from this: unless your dog is dying, make an appointment with your vet, because chances are the dog will die of old age anyway waiting at Orchard Park Vet (but hey, at least that will be considered an emergency at that point!).
