Another great night at Manresa. This is our fourth time dining at Manresa over the last ten years and the food is as good as ever. The restaurant remains worthy of its 3-star designation and the courses have evolved positively over time. I was surprised that the "into the garden" course had been miniaturized, and although it did not have nearly all the elements it had in the past it still packed a yummy punch. The only negative from this visit was that it took 29 minutes from the time we sat down until our first course arrived (a very satisfying amuse-bouche that I scarfed down before I remembered to take a photo). After that initial misstep the service was stellar; everyone who works there is friendly and approachable. We did pick a truffle supplement dish to go with our dinner and that ended up being comped (maybe for the initial wait, or for our celebratory visit, or for another unknown reason) and that was a nice touch. We will return again! Thanks for a great night Manresa!
