Went on Christmas Day and was very disappointed about the service and cleanliness of the movie theater. There are two days out of the year that brings people to a theater, make sure you are fully staffed and everyone working together to make a great experience. There is no excuse for the line to get popcorn to take 30 to 40 minutes long when they have systems in place for it to move fast like filling up your own cup of soda. Another is cleanliness, it was dirty behind the register where food is being served. That is a big no no to me! Serving areas should be the cleanest. Finally the bathrooms and theaters. Bathrooms should be periodically cleaned and restocked. They weren t! I will never return!
